Adirondack Pavilion Pools

We would like to start by stating that The *** were NEVER told that we would install an in ground pool in four daysWe did discuss that in the past we have installed an in ground pool in a week with ALL conditions perfect, including weather, ground conditions, deliveries and laborThe rainy
weather this past summer, made ail outdoor construction extremely difficultTheir contract and check list (initialed and signed by the ***) clearly state weather conditions will delay installationThe ground conditions at the job site were VERY unstable due to high water table and clay soilThese HAD to be addressed with ground stabilization again as outlined in their contract and checklist, and never paid forSometime in the second week of July the ***'s came into our store stating that the pool was not running properlyThey showed us a video on their phone and we agreed that we would inspect the plumbingWe went to their site on July 16th to inspect and trouble shoot any issuesWe found that THE *** had incorrectly set the filter valve that controls the water stabilization systemWhen left open for any length of time, the system will allow air into the plumbing and cause lower water pressureWe repositioned the valve and showed them the correct way to set the valvesThere were NO problems with the plumbing at that timeSeveral weeks later, after another company had staked the concrete forms for the deck of the pool, Mr*** called to say that the pool was losing waterWe sent our crew to pressure test the linesAs one line showed low pressure, we replaced ALL the plumbing lines at our expenseAFTER the concrete deck was installed we were told that the pool was losing water AGAINAt our expense we had a diver inspect the liner and found a small holeWe agreed to replace the liner and refill the pool at our expense of over 3,dollars for liner, labor and waterOn October we replaced the liner, and had two truck loads of water delivered to refill the poolIt is our contention that whoever brought in extra back fill material (dirt), formed and installed the concrete deck may have been responsible for the damaged lines and the hole in the linerInstead of disputing any of these issues and escalating already bad feelings, we completed all above mentioned repairs at our own expense! have attached copies of the contract and checklist signed and initialed by the *** to clarify any concernsOur contract with the *** has been fulfilled, the job is finished and all warranties are to the manufacturersAny service calls from this point forward will need to be billed and paid for by the ***At this time, any further contact from the *** or The Revdex.com need to be directed to our corporate attorneyThank You for your attention, James G
