Absolute rip off don't fall for the garçinia 3000 product does not work and as per my agreement I tried canceling my account one month after receiving the free trial and I was still charged another $177.00 because I did not cancel before my 14 days was up well the lady on the phone refused to refund me I spent nearly $400 on products I tried canceling yet there system did not process and when I tried sending back I was accused of breaking my agreement I accuse them for scamming innocent people saying my 1st cancelation wasn't processed because I didn't refuse another offer I hung up the phone believing I was complete with the process being it kept trying to sell me more useless products the lady in customer service had a very nasty attitude and was very unhelpful do not use this company for anything please trust me I'm a single mom of two kids and I could of used that $400 for them they are very tricky on how they do this free trial I have used other companies prior and no issues until now

Review: Products were offered with a 14 day free trial. Can't use the products because off the side effects. We were not given contact info so we could cancel before the trial period expired. Our bank account was debited $177 and we had to contact the bank to see who debited our account and was able to contact info for Adelaide Vitamins from them. When we called Adelaide they told us that no refund could be given because the free trial period expired. They did offer a partial refund , but we feel a full refund should be given.Desired Settlement: Have the $177 credited back to our bank account

Review: I was going to order a product from this company. When I got in the order process, other supplement offers, and ebook magazines were embedded throughout the process in small print. You are literally stuck in there and cannot navigate your way out without moving forward. You were told the product could be gotten for $5 shipping and handling. You are also charged another $6 and again, can't get out of the site. Before I was finished my email was buzzing with offers ordered throughout. I immediately (within 10 minutes)contacted the company to cancel. They told me I could not cancel and the product would be sent to me anyway and when I received it, I would be charged 80+ dollars for the product. I asked many times for the product not to be shipped, even telling them to keep the charges for shipping and handling and they would not. The woman hung up on me. I called back and the man was rude and again said he would not cancel shipment of the product.

I feel like this company is going to try to debit the money for the product, even though, I asked repeatedly for the product not to be shipped! These people are scamming innocent people.Desired Settlement: at this point, I am only out $11, but I think they are going to try to debit my account again for the product. I did change my bank accounts debit card number, so I am hoping this doesn't happen. I want you to be aware they are seriously taking advantage of people. [redacted], a very legitimate business can cancel orders any time. These people refuse to cancel orders within minutes! They are a menace. Please help.

Review: ORDERED VITAMINS ONLINE THROUGH WEBSITE NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RISK FREE WITH FULL REFUND IF NOT SATISFIED. PAID 10 DOLLARS EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. 2 DAYS AFTER ORDERING MY DEBIT CARD WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA $40. 2 1/2 WEEKS LATER STILL NO PRODUCT AND THEY AGAIN CHARGED MY CARD ANOTHER $88. CONTACTED THE COMPANY BY TELEPHONE INFORMED THEM OF ALL THE ISSUES AND TOLD THEM I WANTED TO CANCEL AND THAT I WANTED A FULL REFUND FOR ALL CHARGES SINCE I HAD NEVER RECIEVED PRODUCT. THEY INFORMED ME THEY WERE NOT GOING TO DO THAT. THAT THEY WOULD AT MOST REFUND ME 15 AND NOTHING MORE. I REMINDED THEM OF THE RISK FREE FULL REFUND THEY PRETTY MUCH TOLD ME THAT WAS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE FOR FRAUD ALSO. MY DEBIT CARD WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN CHARGED 16.85 AND IT HAS BEEN CHARGED 144.80 CAUSING FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES.Desired Settlement: I AT LEAST WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK. I FEEL THEY SHOULD HAVE TO PAY MY LATE PAYMENTS ON OTHER BILLS I HAVE HAD TO PUT OFF BECAUSE OF THEIR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

Review: This company does not exist. You call the number and you do not get a live person. The company entered my credit card number into an automatic renewal without my permission. I was NOT made aware that there was an automatic renewal policy. My bank can not stop this company from charging my credit card, and I can not reach this company to arrange a refund to my credit card for the $89 they automatically charged me, nor can I contact them to remove me from this situation. Desired Settlement: I want a refund to my credit card. I want to be removed from these automatic withdraws from my credit card.
