My Sister took out a Life Insurance Claim. Everything went thru the courts. This particular claim only a beneficiary of a living relative can get.

I applied for the claim with all documentation. They did send me a check but it is written in the Estate of *** is deceased and the family of *** tried to claim the life insurance policy and they would not do it for them. So, ***s Daughter contacted me and told me they denied her and that me being ***s Sister might could get the ***. Which we did. But, now they are not answering a certified letter as any calls. Or have they issued a new in my name.They send you round and round to try to talk to a person who handles this situation. And it seems they are untouchable with all the gate keepers at AIG. Basically, they cut a check in hopes that I would not be able to cash it so they can keep the money that is on that policy. I am the sole survivor of ***. They refuse to acknowledge of confront me or talk to me about this situation.
