Revdex.com: I have read the response and had been in contact with Scott C[redacted] from addicted Offroad through email over the last week. I don't understand what the Revdex.com complaint has to do with shipping policies, but I agreed to wait until he receives the incorrect bumper that I sent back to him before he will ship me the correct bumper. I have sent him Emails letting him know the tracking number of shipment and when it will be arriving. the bumper arrived yesterday and was signed for by ScottC[redacted] himself according to [redacted] tracking.I had received an email from Scott last week assuring me that the correct new bumper would be ready to ship to me as soon as he receives the original incorrect Bumper. According to [redacted] tracking, the bumper I sent back to him arrived yesterday morning and I still have not received a reply email or an update email notifying me that the bumper has shipped. all I am asking for is the bumper that I paid for upfront 100 days ago to be shipped to me promptly. at this point a refund in my eyes is just a 100-day interest-free loan that I am not and was not interested in giving. what I would like is for my bumper to be shipped to me and a reply to my emails. this is more than reasonable. I'm not sure what's going on on his end but I had waited to move forward with this complaint since Scott and I were in communication after I had originally filed it.I would like to add that I may only get a reply to 1 out of 5 emails that I send to him and it seems like he only reads parts of them because he does not answer half of the questions I asked him. I have emails to verify this that I have not yet attached to the complaint. I just want to reiterate that all I'm asking of him is to communicate with me and send me the bumper that he said he would .
I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

The customer was never quoted two weeks. In fact, we list our turn times on our website through our [redacted] account. We were 4-6 weeks when he placed the order to begin with and he was told that at the time of order as well as through email. We are currently in the tail end of the 4th week right...
now. Which means there is still a couple of weeks left in our quoted turn time. If the customer would like a refund, I have no issue doing that. But, he was quoted the correct turn time when he ordered it as well as through email.

My products were sent to me. The issue has been resolved. I still feel People need...
to be aware of the concern before ordering from this company. The product had great workmanship. The part the company needs to understand is I planed on purchasing other items from them. After this experience not only would I not purchase from them I would not recommend a friend because of not telling me the truth up front and ignoring my emails/calls. Case number is [redacted]

[redacted]This is a response to Revdex.com complaint #[redacted]When the customer ordered both products, it was explained to him that we have turn times on our...
products. At the date of order we were on a 8-12 week turn time. Our company policy states that we make every effort to hit our turn times, but sometimes a manufacturing delay can take place/ We mailed out the bumper to him within that turn time, however the rock sliders took longer than expected. During the two weeks in question that he wasn't able to get a hold of us, we were expanding our shop and our phone lines were completely messed up for a couple weeks. This was posted on our website and on our [redacted] page. Once things came back up, I was able to get a hold of the customer and we worked things out and his sliders were shipped out within a couple days. In the end, the customer received his sliders.-- Scott C[redacted]Ownerwww.AddictedOffroad.com
The replacement bumper will be shipped today, and he was sent tracking information via [redacted] yesterday afternoon when the label was created. [redacted] tracking number [redacted]Yes, I received the bumper back on Monday and the new replacement bumper will be picked up today and shipped. In response to him only receiving a response to 1 out of every 5 emails, that is correct, considering that [redacted] emails me 10-15 times a day. Unfortunately, I am busy building bumpers and do not have time to answer all 10-15 emails from him in one day. I explained what the process would be and have followed our policy and process to get him the replacement bumper in a timely manner. When he ordered the bumper during our Black Friday sale, it was explained to all customers that the turn time would be extended because of the amount of orders that we get and its an estimate. That being said, we actually were ahead of schedule and finished his bumper at the beginning of January. However, [redacted] decided he wanted to change the order after it was already built, and therefore that delayed the time. It was his decision to change the order. Unfortunately, there was a mistake made and he was shipped the incorrect bumper. We then sent him a call tag to get the original bumper shipped back and replacement one built and shipped.
