Add-A-Deck

After being side swipe by a semi (hit-n-run) on I-N and contacting my insurance company, my car was towed to Floyd's Paint and Body Shop in Forsyth, Ga for repairsI got a rental and proceeded on to my destination in *** ** ***, the owner of the business was very professional and pleasant to talk with, he kept me informed of the progress of the repairs, told me not to worry and he would take good care of getting my vehicle fixed in time for me to pick it up when my vacation was overWhen I arrived at the shop I was impressed by the warm welcome of the employees and how clean and organized the reception room wasIt was a very comfortable environment My vehicle looked and drove like newA couple of day after picking up my vehicle Mr*** called me to make sure I had made it home to *** *** safe without any problems with the car which I didFloyd's Body shop in my opinion is "Top Notch", reliable, dependable, and caringThank you ** *** for a *** experience

Just added a screened porch First rate company that did a very professional job on our porch Work was done in a timely manner (work days) I would definitely use this company again and recommend them highly

I had to unfortunate opportunity to work with ADD-A-Deck this past summer(in June 2014),long story short they attempted to switch the woods in which I wanted and that was noted on my contract with a different wood without my permission. When I discovered what was going on and confronted the owner...there were a bunch of unaccepted excuses (including no longer being able to get the wood in questions-to all of a sudden finding it)which resulted in me expressing my distrust of them; as a resolution the owner ended up offering to return my deposit, stop construction, and remove the work they had done (which I gladly accepted). However, that never happened...after trying to intimidate/threaten me regarding having a signed contract ...which by that time I didn't care about a contract, I refused to continue to work with them ..they went back on their word of refunding my deposit and said that it would cost them to much to take down the work they had did, and they did not refunded my deposit. Although I was beyond upset at the time it ended up being a blessing because I had 4 different companies come out to give estimates on what it would cost to finish my deck and all 4 found the same thing(s)wrong with the deck that was started by ADD-A-Deck(things from crowning errors, wrong screws, bad wood, and unacceptable stair frame); not one company said they could finish the work without having to redo something ADD-A-Deck had already did (and I mean "not one")....Now, I have a beautiful quality deck that I am pleased with. The bottom line is my experience with ADD-A-Deck was filled with lack of professional integrity, poor and/or questionable work quality.
