HI ***, Zike sent me tracking information at 10:am this morningThis should resolve the matter as it has been shippedI'll let you know if I don't receive the item purchasedIf I would have waited one more day, I wouldn't have had to bother you with this.I do appreciate your timely response and help Thanks [redacted] 12/19/ Complaint I have ordered a product from them weeks before Christmas in hopes that it would be here before the holidayHowever, after I ordered the product online, I received about emails confirming my order but never received an email with the status of my orderThey tell you to go to the website to check the status of the order but there was no place for checking your order status as the website is poorly designedWhen I called customer service they never answered, only an answering machine saying that customer service is unavailableI left a message and haven't heard back from themI have called about timesI even called their store and spoke with a general manager who transferred me to the warehouse department and no one answered there eitherThe general manager did not offer to helpThey seem to have it set up where customers aren't able to speak to anyone and it makes me feel scammed Desired Resolution If this is not a scam, I would like my order to be delivered before Christmas so that my son can have his gift to openI would also like someone to contact me ASAPThank you Consumer Business Dialog

We did speak with the customer several times and it was shipped as we promised on Wednesday the 17th. The earliest we would have shipped according to our policy would have been the 16th as it takes 24 hours/1...
business day to fulfill the order. We emailed and sent info to all customers letting them know we had many orders and were getting to them as quickly as possible.
The order was delivered on 12/19 this week at the front door.

I have ordered a product from them 3 weeks before Christmas in hopes that it would be here before the holiday. However, after I ordered the product online, I received about 3 emails confirming my order but never received an email with the status of my order. They tell you to go to the website to...

When I called customer service they never answered, only an answering machine saying that customer service is unavailable. I left a message and haven't heard back from them. I have called about 7 times. I even called their store and spoke with a general manager who transferred me to the warehouse department and no one answered there either. The general manager did not offer to help. They seem to have it set up where customers aren't able to speak to anyone and it makes me feel scammed.
Desired Resolution
If this is not a scam, I would like my order to be delivered before Christmas so that my son can have his gift to open. I would also like someone to contact me ASAP. Thank you.
