UPDATE
Mr. Adam S[redacted] was contacted by my Attny: and a Lt. Police Officer of Lancaster County, and informed him that under "The Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act", he could be charged with "Felony Fraud".  It was only then that Mr. S[redacted] made any attempt to return the money.    Mr. Adam S[redacted] has paid my Atty., the full amount of $3000.00 dollars.  I have received the check from my Atty's. office for this full amount.
