Adam's Moving has not provided copies of my signed Contract and have over charged me for services without providing documents explaining why Adam's provided a binding estimate for moving services and conveyed they were not Moving BrokersI paid them for a Full Service Move and was told by their sales representative (Anthony W [redacted] ) this included packing and packing materialsThis was explained on a recorded lineWhen they picked up my household goods, they only sent two movers to move a SF Home, they took hours to pack and load our personal goodsThe movers didn't speak English and could not provide clarifications on inventory paperworkMy wife signed papers indicating the inventory they picked up was loaded, but they could not provide copiesThis took place on July 22nd I provided Adam's Moving with a date of August 1st to receive my belongings, and currently I still do not have my household goodsMy estimated cost ($5,260.52) that was conveyed to me

No response from businessNo delivery or update of our belongings First off, they under quoted us $1K and didn't tell us the grossly adjusted price until all of our furniture was packed and on the truck Next, although we agreed on a "first available" date for delivery, it somehow got lost in their office and were waiting for US to call THEMAfter finally sorting out our date, they then had delays with their drivers in other states for a variety of reasons that all sounded like excuses On top of the delay, NO ONE we have spoken to (when we can get ahold of them) knows what is going on, they do not know who the drivers are or anything about our furnitureIn fact, we have been lied to over and over again about the status of our furniture They will also screen your calls and purposefully avoid answeringWe have tested this theory several times and it has been the case every time They also count delivery days as business days, even though they also claim they delive

I am sure that no one is better for this task! This moving company has everything you need! They are very professional, efficient, caring and have everything you needThey moved me recently and did a very fine job! They moved me without any damages, dents, scratches and without any extra feesIt was just amazing! I got a very good customer service too! I never need to worry because they kept me informed all the wayAnd whenever I had any issues, they resolved it very quicklyAll in all, a very good moving company! I will hire Adam's moving again

This company came and pack us up in about hours for our move to Mesa, AZ from Federal Way, WA Quick, efficient, and friendlyTook things apart to pack up.The delivery in Mesa was nothing but a fiasco Starting with the tractor/trailer breaking down and the semi not able to get into our park When this was discovered they had to transfer all our goods to a box truck This resulted to many broken items in damaged boxes, dresser not delivered, picture frame box and liquor box not delivered, as well as items delivered to us not ours.The gentlemen who delivered our goods could have cared less, they threw boxes into our extra space, did not put anything together It was hot, but I was told it would be dis-assembled and assembled on the other end

The team from Adam's moving helped me with my move and I must say that they were fantastic! They exceeded all my expectations! They moved all my things very quickly and professionallyThey did not lose anything, they did not dent anything, and they did not damage anythingIt was a very smooth moveAlso, their price was low from the start and it did not change in the endI got a very good service out of themI do appreciate it a lotFrom now on, all my long distance moves go to this great moving company!

At first, Adam's moving was very good at communicating with me but once they picked up my items it was as if they disappeared into thin airMy delivery date was moved out every week for four weeks and every time I called customer service they did not give me any information to go off ofThey never reached out to me with any updates and I was always the one reaching out to find out the status of my itemsOnce my items had finally been loaded on to the truck, they had a delay along the way because another customer stop before me was unable to take deliveryThat delayed my items an additional weekIt took me over a month since I last saw my items to when I received themI never actually heard from dispatch themselves either over the phone or via email, I was always having to contact themOnce I received notice that my items were loaded FINALLY on the truck to come here, I was given the truckers contact numberThe second time I reached out to him, he yelled at me over the phone say

Not everyone can say that they enjoyed a movingUsually a lot of mistakes happen which turn into regretBut Adam's Moving moved me recently and they did a perfect jobI was moved very quickly and smoothlyThe moving team moved my belongings with care and moved it without any damagesThey were clearly professional, efficient and hardworkingEverything turned out the way I wantedThere were no extra fees tooI am happily relocated and do not have a single regretWell done guys!

Overall my move was a positive experienceDelivery took a little longer than I expected but at least they kept me informedThe final cost was very close to what they quotedIt went up some because I ended up having more items and boxesI had one damaged furniture piece which I'm going thu the claims process now

Many moving companies often lure in the clients with the promise of discounts only to slap them with a humongous bill at the end of the moveHowever, I just didn't have the ability to hire any fancy company and so I went for Adam's moving which had the lowest quoteI had my fingers crossed for this moveI wasn't expecting much from them given the low estimate but they really surprised meThe movers arrived right on time to start moving our stuffsThey wasted no time in packing everything neatlyI have rarely seen such efficiency before in my lifeThe delivery was made on time and all my valuables traveled very wellI couldn't believe how lucky I turned out to be hiring these guys
