and sometimes we make mistakesUnfortunately this customer did require the return visits as indicated and when this happens, our technicians place the customers device to priority and take care of the situationAfter the second visit, I received the call from Mr*** and attempted to explain the possible cause of the memory lossWhen I attempted to explain that the information was not stored on the SIM card but rather the SD card, *** *** became unfriendly in our conversationI further tried to explain to him that the HTC Mhas a history of this problem which could not be caused by our technicians work and if he would return, I would show and explain the situation and "possible" resolutionsI refer to the following web site that address this situation and resolutions
