We were billed 46.74 which we had agreed to. We were guest at the resort on2/22/18 and checked out on 2/24/18 .On 3/6/18 I noticed a charge of 325.00
We checked out on 2/24/18 my wife,daughter,and two grandkids stayed at the resort that day because our other resort was not ready till 4 PM .While still on property we were charged for damage to the room which we had no knowledge of.When I called to see what this charge of 325.00 was for I was told the room had been damaged, I went back to the resort and was given pictures of the damage but was not allowed to see the room. I'm 73 years old and m y wife is the same age we do not damage rooms but have no way of disputing this after the fact. We were in and around the office on the day this charge was put on our bill, we could at that time been able to dispute these charges but where not told.
We believe that we have been set up and know that we have never damaged that room.

We are sorry for the problems during with your reservation, you are placing a complaint against Barefoot Vacations where you have your membership, we did not processed this charge, and we also tried to verify if reservation was processed using Vacation Club membership but unfortunately we were not able to find any reservation for the dates mentioned.
We will recommend you to provide Resort and how the reservation was processed in order to verify what can we do in our end.
