On 12/15/18 the owner Andrew D came to my home after he was referred to me for a job concerning specifically replacing windows in our home. A quote of 2,750.00 was provided and a deposit for half was paid to AD&CO investment 1,377.50 to be exact. We scheduled for the work to start 12/18/18 and since Andrew or anyone from his company has been a no show to do the job. I decided to cancel and asked for a refund due to so many excuses and non-sense business ethic from Andrew. a refund was requested on 12/26/18 and was I was promise that the refund will be issued and this has yet to happen. AD&CO including Andrew himself are con artist and promise work to steal from hard working citizens. I am asking for this to be reviewed and any documentation that is needed as proof can be and will be provided including text messages between Andrew and I.

Refund I am requesting a refund of 1,372.50 in addition to 3 days 432.00 of work lost due to promise made to show which never happened for a total of 1,804.50
Client will be refunded the deposit to which the work was not performed after client requested refund. There has been a delay in the refund process due to the merchant not refunding funds in a timely manner and my banking institution performing an investigation into the original transaction. The funds will be returned to the client on 1/15 as this is when the complaint/case will be resolved. I'm not responsible for client's time missed from work and will not provide missed wages from such. In the beginning of this transaction a payment was taken via Square payment systems from which they detected fraud and froze my account due to suspicious fraud from the client to which I had to provide as much information to them that was available to me about the client. This has caused me to miss potential clients and has been a major inconvenience for my company. Square still has not reinstated my account due to the client failure to provide proof that the client actually owns the credit card used for payment.
Clients deposit was refunded today 1/15/2019 as discussed.
