24.1pt;">Revdex.com Attn: Jasmine Hill 1010 E. Missouri Ave Phoenix AZ, 85014 RE: Revdex.com Complaint ID # [redacted] Karina, In response to the rebuttal filed by [redacted], I have attached a copy of the repair order where we diagnosed the vehicle to have an issue with the rear shocks, and replaced them. Now it would appear that the client has a concern where they feel there is an issue with the front suspension. We would ask that Mr. [redacted] bring in the vehicle and demonstrate the concern for us. Then, we can work with Acura, under the guidelines of the vehicle's Manufacturer Warranty, to see what needs to be done to repair the vehicle.
We are contacting the customer and sending her the money she is requesting for the registration of her car. Please let me know what else needs to be done to resolve this matter with the Revdex.com.

The reason they don't see in the service history is they didn't even bother to take it to service center and discarded the complaint. I went again two days back for oil change, they replaces the rear Struts this time, still have some vibration in the front.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find...
that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
Review: I purchased a vehicle from Acura North Scottsdale on June 3, 2015. I moved to out of state a few weeks later to attend school. I intended to keep my license and registration in Arizona, since I am a full-time student and I was only moving temporarily for school.
I received a call from the service department, at the dealership, on June 30, 2015, stating that they forgot to do some emissions testing and are unable to get the proper tags from the state; he wanted me to come in to get the service performed. I returned his call on July 1 and left a voicemail indicating that I had moved and would be unable to get my vehicle serviced in Arizona. He did not return my call, so I called him again on July 2. I spoke with him and he said that he had never experienced this situation before and would do some research and then call me back.
It has now been 11 days and I still have not received a call back. My temporary tags are going to expire in five days, on July 18th, so I am now forced to go an register my vehicle in Illinois because I can't obtain the proper tags in Arizona.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the registration fees I paid when I purchased my vehicle. They did not provide this service and I had to pay registration fees again to get my car registered in another state, which I did not want to do.

Regards,
Acura North Scottsdale just charged my wife $941.32 for a 30,000 mile checkup. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. Acura North Scottsdale did an enormous amount of unnecessary work, including a complete brake system flush and something called 'decarb'. Almost $400 of the charges were for 'parts'. I will never take our cars for service here again.
