I purchased ACTS 100mbps internet for my wife to have a fast and reliable internet. since the internet has been installed I have been running speed test to make sure I'm getting my 100mbps. I have had this for 1 month and already paid one months bill of $125. Since having ACTS service I have yet to break the 40mbps. He was originally going to cut a limb down that was in the way of my internet to make it faster. Was told he would have it done by the end of the week. A few weeks went by and nothing was done. Then he put a smaller antenna on and aimed it towards another house. He said that it was all good. I went home later that night and ran a speed test and still couldn't get above 40mbps. Was told that he come by and take a look and still hasn't showed.
I have a attached a few screen shots of the client's CPE's history as well as usage during the day. The Clients service has never dipped below 250 Mbps let alone the 100 Mbps plan speeds. I have ran a few speed test from my office as well as from the client's yard all showing them getting the speed they pay for. I have swapped out the client's antenna's 3 times now costing myself over $300 in parts in-order to make this client happy. At this time I have not been to the client's house after the 3rd antenna due to it showing it's working just fine and I'm not able to afford losing more money on this account, since my entire business is ran by just myself, while having over 200 customers.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I greatly appreciate the business owner regard to this matter. Honestly the internet speed got better just a day or two after I made this complaint and I was unable to retract my complaint. According to my wife there has not been any problems during her video conferences which is why we needed the fastest speed possible. Mr. Rarick has a great thing going and will only grow from here and I hope this complaint doesn't reflect badly on what kind of business he is running because it's truly a great business.
