Until we receive a picture of the signage with the date, we cannot comply with this statementOur stores deals that week did not have any promos for that offerThere of course is fine print on every offer we have for our store as wellFeel free to contact my store if you have any questions Thanks, [redacted] [redacted] Rancho Store Manager Store: ###-###-#### ***[redacted] @activerideshop.com
I am rejecting this response because:I sent the pictures of the advertisements, as requested The manager failed to reply In addition, there is a bigger issue to be addressed Active is using a "bait & switch" advertising strategy and that is against the law I expect the Revdex.com to help consumers when laws are being violated I can only suspect that Active knows this due to their lack of response A follow up into Active's advertising is needed to remedy this violation I have brought the issue into the light, it is up to Active and the authorities to fix it If it is not within the purpose of the Revdex.com, then the Revdex.com should pass it along to the proper agency

I am rejecting this response because:I sent the pictures of the advertisements, as requested. The manager failed to reply. In addition, there is a bigger issue to be addressed. Active is using a "bait & switch" advertising strategy and that is against the law. I expect the Revdex.com to help consumers when laws are being violated. I can only suspect that Active knows this due to their lack of response. A follow up into Active's advertising is needed to remedy this violation. I have brought the issue into the light, it is up to Active and the authorities to fix it. If it is not within the purpose of the Revdex.com, then the Revdex.com should pass it along to the proper agency.
