Active Solar

We hired Active Solar to do 2 houses we have. It took him 9 months to finish our Rancho Cucamonga home. For very poor service we do not want Chris the owner to do our 2nd home in Canyon Lake, CA and have asked him to refund our deposit for our 2nd home in the amount of over $8,722.00. He said he would send but has not. We took out a loan of $12,500 with EnerBank USA for 12 month interest fee due by 9/25/18. Need refund to help pay loan off or bank will charge all the interest for 12 months and Chris J will not send refund. My husband and I have texted, called and he response is out of town, will send, make it a priority, but he does not follow thru. This is has been his on going performance since we contracted with him 1yr ago. Need your help as he is not responding to our request for a refund due asap.
