Ordered an item on line (thru [redacted] site) from active freedom for $It didn't fit so I returned itPaid for return postage They reimbursed me $When I emailed to ask why I was only reimbursed that amountI was told they had a return fee of $handling and processing fee plus 20% to 50% restocking feeNo where did I see this policy listed under their advertisement I've already emailed [redacted] and have yet to receive a reply
I ordered off of [redacted] a Hanes Men's X-Temp Sportshirt (Neon Blue Heather) and was sent a Deep RoyalI contacted [redacted] and the company sent an email to me saying they would give me a discount to keep the shirtI said no to send me the correct item and a return label because I have no access to a printerThey informed me they could not do that and said to pay for the shipping back and send that receipt back with the itemI then informed [redacted] of the matter and they informed the company to send the correct item and a return label to meThe company contacted me again, asked if I would take a discount for the wrong itemAgain I said no and explained the situation againI have had lengthy email discussions with their customer service on the matter and they refuse to send the correct item until they receive back the wrong item back from meAgain I explain no access to a printer plus they messed up the shipment, not me so they should be willing to fix the situationI refuse to pay

I ordered strapless bra and called the same day to cancel the order It was ordered through *** in Florida The said it had already shipped and cannot cancel Called *** they said to contact the company to order a refund of my money, cannot get through they do not answer the phone I sent the bra back registered mail Please tell consumers the history of this company and get my refund $some dollars
