[redacted] did test drive a ***s, and was offered a ***s in our showroom that was significantly marked down from $17,to $13, It did have some miles from being test driven but was a new vehicle and had never been titled The ***s was brought in for a check engine light, sometimes those lights go off from fuel, exhaust, or a loose gas cap without a mechanical problem present We did reset the light, and we test drove the vehicle for miles to make sure no issue with the engine was present and no issue was found We even filled [redacted] tank since we drove his vehicle The vehicle does not have an engine problem and it is under full factory warranty
Carol C [redacted] reached out to [redacted] today 9/to apologize for the delay in response from the store and to see if there was anything that still needed to be done to resolve their concerns. They did get the information they needed from the bank and got the late payment charge resolved also and all is okay now.She apologized for the store and told him to let her know if there is anything else we can do to let her know

He did not provide the information we requested to order and sell him a truck. We asked for it and he would not provide so we cancelled the order. The truck is not here and is still in transit from ***. We do not have a contract nor are we holding any money. There is no transaction here

sometimes those lights go off from fuel, exhaust, or a loose gas cap without a mechanical problem present. We did reset the light, and we test drove the vehicle for 50 miles to make sure no issue with the engine was present and no issue was found. We even filled [redacted] tank since we drove his vehicle. The vehicle does not have an engine problem and it is under full factory warranty.
We are meeting with the customer on July 31st to try and help trade him out of the vehicle into another vehicle.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: AJ requested I fill out a credit application form. I had one question about the form before I signed my name so for the following week and a half, I and my financial advisor tried contacting AJ multiple times via his cell, work phone, and email, he never responded to either of us. Then I receive an email saying he can no longer sell me the truck with no explanation as to why. It's worth noting I kept detailed notes of this whole (failed) transaction. Let also be known this is the fourth excuse I've now heard Leesburg [redacted]. 1) It raised red flags selling out of state. 2) It's not good business to sell out of state because I won't return for servicing and maintenance. 3) They believe I am some sort of shipper that would resell the vehicle.

Business states consumer was parked on private property where she shouldn't have been parked. He said while he was preparing the car for towing, someone started yelling from an apartment window. He could not decipher what they were saying. He said when nobody came down, he drove away. The impound...
fee was legitimately charged.
