Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/10/31) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The business in question has supplied information about the occurrence that I do not agree with. They did spend time trying to fix the improperly cut key. However, they did not cut me a second key after the first key was cut in order to rectify their mistake. I already had that key cut previously. They say that they cut me a second key, but that day and transaction only involved the cutting of one key. In that regard I am not completely satisfied with the businesses response. I however am willing to accept their second resolution option.
