I am rejecting this response because: the charges are frivolous and without merit.  The agency refuses to do a face to face walk thru to substantiate claims.  Agency refuses to allow me reentry into the premises to inspect said allegations or repairs.  Agency refuses to produce pictures and receipts for said evidence.  If the matter is not resolved. I will pursue further actions.
