Good morning this is Kevin the owner of action plumbing.Let me start by saying I went over to the customers house personally the following day and spoke with Mrs [redacted] on the phone and Mr [redacted] in person and explained why drain cleanings are not warrantied.I snaked main drain again at no charge I called Mrs [redacted] after clearing drain and told her what I pulled out , at this time she assured me that the complaint would be recanted and she was happyI recommended that they have a camera run down sewer pipe to see why they are having blockages she declined as they did back in June when we were there They called three times the night in question and each time they were asked if it was an emergency each time they said noThey were asked to call back in the morning.I guess I should take responsibility for this as they have called us before on nights and weekends and even once when I was on my way for vacation and each time they wanted to no how they could fix plumbing problems themselves and I walked them through itIm sorry they feel the way they do about this instance but I believe action plumbing did everything they could to rectify the situation
