Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below [I feel this is not a fully acceptable answer considering how long it took to issue a refund, even though the issue has finally been resolved I understand that [redacted] is responsible for handling the refund/return process, but I don't know why (After I shipped the defective item over a MONTH ago) Action Packaged Incnever informed [redacted] of the return so that they would be able to move forward with issuing my refund I don't feel that [redacted] should be asking me as the consumer to provide them with the return tracking number for the returned item instead of Action Packaged Inc., unless the return was never received It's that which makes it very odd when Action Packaged Incclaimed to have issued my refund, why then did [redacted] ask me for return tracking information and not from Action Packaged Incwhen they acknowledged my return?
