That is a total lie to say "Our service tech has been out times"My telephone records and witness accounts can prove that I called them many times and they seldom returned calls and were only out twiceAnd it took them about a month each time to come outThe shoddy repairs only lasted a couple daysIn addition to say "All sales are final" is another lie because all their advertising says they "come with a warranty"If they continue to stall in taking responsibility for selling us a lemon it is only fair that they compensate us storage fees for having this useless machine taking up space in our family roomWe are unable to buy another one elsewhere because of the limited spaceAlso, they charge $to deliver, so since we hauled it home ourselves to save the money it is only fair for them to pay an additional $for our efforts
