Unfortunately, we were not aware that the overflow pipe had not been installed until we received this complaint from you as we were not notified by the buyer that the repairman had never shown up and we were billed and paid for the repair a month ago, l am contacting another plumber (HVACALLPRO) to
go & complete the repair. As far as the complaint about the mail box keys, we don't handle keys to the facilities or mail boxes those are usually issued by the park management. The "long drawn out" process was actually completed rather quickly for a mobile home loan, they usually take up to or longer days to complete as was explained to *** & her mother when they were here in our office.The pro-rated space rents, being asked-for was for days the seller allowed *** to store her belongings in the home so she would not have to rent a storage unit, The storing of her belongings is also the reason for the contact between buyer & sellerThe buyer *** insisted we have the seller e-mail her direct assuring her that she was ok to move her things in. The "by law" days for the seller to vacate was in fact a mistake in wording from my agent as I Informed *** when she contacted me, I explained to her it Is not "Law" it is common courtesy To give the seller days to vacate after they are paid for their homeAsking a seller to move out of their home before they have received any money is unreasonable... We went out of our way to accommodate this customer with all of her unreasonable requests And apparently she is still unhappyShe is being purposely vindictive with her negative reviews & recruiting her friends, that we have never done any business with, into giving us negative ratings also.if any further information is needed feel free to contact me.
