The front steps were removed and replaced with new stepsAll work included material and take the debris awayThe project wasn't finished due to the cracks between the bricksIn addition, the bricks under the door had an unfinished look
He set up appointments where he never showed upIt was so bad that I had to contact HomeAdvisors at Customer Solutions to allow them to handle the situation
HomeAdvisors did get the contractor to come out on Monday, September **, 2016, to fill the gaps between the bricksHowever, he used a sand substance that was supposed to harden, but as soon as it rained the sand substance washed awayThis project came with a three years warranty on all work

  Last year during September 2016, I signed a contract with Action Concrete Brick & Pavement Inc. to repair my sidewalk, driveway, front steps, back patio, and to remove all the old block bricks and reset them back in place. The contract comes with a 3-year warranty. Unfortunately, the concrete began to deteriorate less than six months time. However, I did make arrangement for the sidewalk to be done by the above contractor.When he completed the path, I pointed out to him concrete that was cracking up between the bricks that he,  reset. In addition, I also said a group of blocks that were never removed and put back according to the contract we signed.The repair for the sidewalk ended in May. That is when Matthew, the head guy, made arrangement to return to do the other repairs since he was working very close to my vicinity. That arrangement didn't work out many times due to rain. However, there were other perfect dates such as on June *, 2017, and June *, 2017, etc. were perfect days to complete the work since the weather was clear.Despite making several calls, text messages, or emails to Matthew, I have not received the appropriate response from him!  I've  contacted you about the sidewalk in the past before I got a response from Matthew. The unfinished repairs are the reason I decided to communicate with you  now. I am only interested in the completed project.
