I bought the stereo and paid for installation at Action Auto in Enterprise Alabama on a Nissan Frontier During the installation, the center dash cover was broke by the installer, Rob Rob did call me and tell me what happened, and informed me that they sent my truck to a local body shop for repair When I arrived to pick to the truck, the center dash cover had been glued back together, and had been painted a different color than the interior of the truck The color was the base tan color for a camouflage patternThere were still noticeable cracks in the cover Rob said they painted it that color because the truck has camo seat covers, and he felt it would look good I informed Rob that I was not happy with this, and he stated that they were not responsible for the damage because the truck was older and the pert was dry rotted When the truck was dropped off, there was no damage anywhere on the truck After some discussion back and forth between Rob and I, his partner Jimmy showed up and started yelling at me in front of my son, wife and other customers that they will not be paying for the repair because it was a year old truck, so they are not responsible I first asked who he was, because he did not announce how he was affiliated with the business, then I informed him that the truck was years old, with low miles (Aprox 85,000) and well maintained We are the second owners of the truck Jimmy stated that Nissan has a recall on the part and showed me an ebay add on his phone as proof, the entire time while yelling at me in front of my family and other customers Anouther customer said that they did a simular thing to their car, but also refused to fix the problem After leaving Action Auto, my family and I drove to the Nissan dealer to enquire about a recall, and there is not one So I returned to Action Auto where I met Rob to tell him the information that I found out, and informed him that they need to replace the part Rob then flipped out on me in front of my family, and stated that he hated working with the disabled military because they always want something for free and he would rather deal with black people than deal with the military From there his partner Jimmy showed up again, and started screaming at me again in front of my family and customers I honestly thought that we were going to get into a physical altercation over this After much pain, they did replace the part, which I did watch Rob install it because I told them that I would rather have someone else do the work because I no longer trusted the business As I was getting ready to leave, Jimmy said that they still are not responsible for the damage, and Rob said no hard feelings I have a problem with the way I was treated in front of my family, and other customers while using Action Auto This is the most unprofessional establishment that I have ever done business with
I bought the stereo and paid for installation at Action Auto in Enterprise Alabama on a 2007 Nissan Frontier. During the installation, the center dash cover was broke by the installer, Rob. Rob did call me and tell me what happened, and informed me that they sent my truck to a local body shop for repair. When I arrived to pick to the truck, the center dash cover had been glued back together, and had been painted a different color than the interior of the truck. The color was the base tan color for a camouflage pattern. There were still noticeable cracks in the cover. Rob said they painted it that color because the truck has camo seat covers, and he felt it would look good. I informed Rob that I was not happy with this, and he stated that they were not responsible for the damage because the truck was older and the pert was dry rotted. When the truck was dropped off, there was no damage anywhere on the truck.
After some discussion back and forth between Rob and I, his partner Jimmy showed up and started yelling at me in front of my son, wife and other customers that they will not be paying for the repair because it was a 10 year old truck, so they are not responsible. I first asked who he was, because he did not announce how he was affiliated with the business, then I informed him that the truck was 8 years old, with low miles (Aprox 85,000) and well maintained. We are the second owners of the truck. Jimmy stated that Nissan has a recall on the part and showed me an ebay add on his phone as proof, the entire time while yelling at me in front of my family and other customers. Anouther customer said that they did a simular thing to their car, but also refused to fix the problem.
After leaving Action Auto, my family and I drove to the Nissan dealer to enquire about a recall, and there is not one. So I returned to Action Auto where I met Rob to tell him the information that I found out, and informed him that they need to replace the part. Rob then flipped out on me in front of my family, and stated that he hated working with the disabled military because they always want something for free and he would rather deal with black people than deal with the military. From there his partner Jimmy showed up again, and started screaming at me again in front of my family and customers. I honestly thought that we were going to get into a physical altercation over this.
After much pain, they did replace the part, which I did watch Rob install it because I told them that I would rather have someone else do the work because I no longer trusted the business. As I was getting ready to leave, Jimmy said that they still are not responsible for the damage, and Rob said no hard feelings. I have a problem with the way I was treated in front of my family, and other customers while using Action Auto. This is the most unprofessional establishment that I have ever done business with.
