A.C.T. Auto Parts

In approximately October, 2013 ACT Auto had replaced an alternator on my Jeep Compass. I have an extended warranty on my Jeep, which covered the parts and labor, totaling $[redacted] but all I had to pay was a [redacted] deductible, the warranty company paid the remaining balance. When accepting payment from the warranty company, ACT Auto Parts agreed to a 2 year, unlimited mile warranty on the alternator and service. Here it is March, 2014 just a few months later and the alternator is messed up again, and the warranty company refused to asssit with payment, stating that ACT Auto Parts must repair or pay the second repair company the labor costs associated with the alternator because of the agreement they settled upon the original payment. I moved to [redacted] which is 4 hours away and the alternator gave out, and the car had to be repaired on site, which made it impossible to travel to [redacted] to ACT Auto Parts. Therefore, they are completely obligated to make payment to the repair shop for the replacement cost which they warranted out through my extended warranty company. However, they are refusing to make payment and state that it is my responsibility for payment and advanced auto parts for the alternator.
