regulated by the Colorado Real Estate Commission and the Department of Higher Education.  We could not give her a certificate without permission, in writing, from the commission.  Once we were able to get permission from the real estate commission, we issued her certificate immediately.Further, her assertion that we we not responsive is simply untrue.  We sent her six different emails over the course of the 9 days that it took us to work her problem out.  In fact, once we were able to solve the issue and create a certificate, it was sent on thanksgiving morning. Given that were were able to solve her problem and in a reasonable time frame and before her deadline for renewal, we are shocked by her complaint.
