ACME Plumbing owner ([redacted]) provided us a phone quote for work requested. Upon arrival, he stated the quote would be $10 more due to the location of the work to be completed. After the work was completed, he gave us a bill which was $100 more than the quoted amount. Upon seeing the price we asked why the bill was $100 more than the agreed upon quote. He stated the work took longer than expected and the material was more as well. When asked for a labor and materials breakdown he stated "we have been here too long already" and just wanted to get paid so they could leave.

We feel he "low balled" the quote to take advantage of us and would NOT recommend ACME Plumbing to anyone.
