She hang up when I tell her that she covering her salesperson.
what people to know what type of service they provide here. You go and get an estimate and without you knowledge, approval or authorization they send off to get you to buy their products.
Order was done under *** who is one of our good masonry contractors. Mr. came into my office and asked if the sales rep had entered an order for 4367 Clark Rd. that he was ready for the brick. The sales rep had done the take-off but had not entered the order. The order was entered and according to the order it was released for around the 2nd week in March according to what the sales rep had us enter. She had spoken with the sales rep about her problem and according to the sales rep the only problem she had with the brick being delivered was that it might get stolen. The sales rep told me that she had calmed her down. Ms. Blanca called me and was actually screaming at me that she didn't want any more brick delivered to the job site. The brick are not dispatched out of my office and when I looked at the order...I "assumed" according to the status of the order that she wouldn't be receiving any more brick...well, the load that was being delivered that day had not actually been delivered so she did get more brick that day. It was a mistake on my part. She called me I believe the next day screaming at the top of her lungs at me. Telling me that we were all deceitful and wouldn't let me talk very much. I told her that we would pick up the brick and never told her that it would cost her any money. She didn't want me to pick up the brick she just wanted me to know how deceitful I was. I told her that dispatch ships material according to the request date and that maybe the sales rep forgot to change the request date. I have never acted annoyed with her but after listening to her scream at me for almost 15 minutes, I did hang up. There was no way that I felt I should stay on the phone. Nothing I offered was good enough. I have been here 31 years and they may be our customers but I don't deserve to be treated and spoken to that way. The next day she called me and acted as if nothing had ever happened. Very pleasant. She came in today to pick up keystones. Why would someone want to continue to do business with someone after reporting us to the Revdex.com.

This is the response from the Office Manager who actually spoke with this customer.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have all my conversations recorded and text messeges, I stopped by to pay for what was delivered and my issue was that they put the order to begin under my friends account who referred me and then they try to blame it on him, when he never went by to request a delivery. He went by to inquire on my quotes that had already taken over a week and the salesperson hadn't provided it. Then the salesperson without getting my approval, whom she was negotiating with, decides to put in my quoted order and per her own words, " Assumed I was ready, since every other customer she had were requesting their shipments." I went back to continue new purchase of more brick since I can't go anywhere else and risk getting different color brick. Mrs. Vikki never wanted to admit fault and I kept telling her that I wanted to file a complain because this method of forcing customers to purchase by sending materials, should not be done. I got upset and Mrs. Vikki hung up when I told her that she was covering up for the salesperson and she got upset and hung up on me.
I'm really not sure how else to respond. Rene' *** of ***, our long time customer, inquired about the order-it was put under his account id-so he could obtain his builder's discount for his customer, instead of the higher retail pricing. At one point, when brick was shipped and the consumer called complaining, we offered to pick it up-but she did not want us to do that. She started screaming and belittling the salesperson, and our business ethics. After several minutes of unsuccessfully trying to talk over her, the Office Manager, terminated the conversation-by hanging up the telephone. Since that time, she has been in the office several times as pleasant as she can be, as if nothing had ever transpired.
