Purchased 16 chairs for my hotel 7/9/2019 $4,546.38 - Company was paid in full as required for delivery. Never received chairs and have made numerous attempts requesting refund. 12/10/2019 we were told they were getting us the refund. Multiple e-mails and phone calls have been made to no avail. We have all documentation.
