I am rejecting this response because:I feel justified in being upset. His guys broke my driveway and then covered it up with potted plants. I had no idea that he wasn't  right there with them. They never knocked on my door. Anyone would be irate. His response to my initial call was so rude and disrespectful. I had several conversations with his concrete guy about the weather and wanting it done right. My problem is that his concrete guy would tell me that he would be here and have it " done within the week ", and then never show up or call to reschedule. He did this for 2 months straight. There is no reason I shouldn't be mad. There is no reason for this to have taken since the middle of september. I have a right to be upset. We have had above average temperatures. When I called 2 weeks ago to let ** know that I was at my end waiting for this to happen, he told me that he thought it was already done and taken care of. He cared so little about this getting done that he didn't even see it through.As of 10:30 on 12/21/2015 the driveway was poured. Equipment,  forms, and plywood are still here.  My gate is not put back together, yet.

The plywood and forms are still there because it takes a couple days for concrete to set up in this weather and really can't put the gate when it's in the middle of concrete but I figured she wouldn't be happy either way but we're trying when is really wet out.

I [redacted] owner of Acetreeservice admit my guys did Crack part of old side slab of driveway not knowing that driveway not installed correctly in first place but I know it's still my company's fault and never said I wouldn't fix it from the get go she called me being very rude and cursing at me...

so I told her that she didn't need to talk to me like that so I did get mad and curse back never calling her names if she had called me and treated me with respect it would of never got nasty I took full responsibility for what happened even though it was not installed right in the first place but I know she would not be happy no matter what I did. The weather has messed us up several times we've had several inches of rain sin error it happen as everyone one that knows about concrete it's hard to do if wet and cold out but she kept insisting that it got done but didn't really care about the weather . We have also,  as I have told her several times,  have had a difficult time getting concrete delivered as they are behind due to weather issues.
