Booked a job days in advance due the size of the truck being towed Company showed up almost hours late with the wrong tow truck and when contacted, I was told I should not have booked ahead I was also given excuses I didn't need to know about Poor service all around Would never use them again

Booked a job 2 days in advance due the size of the truck being towed. Company showed up almost 1.5 hours late with the wrong tow truck and when contacted, I was told I should not have booked ahead. I was also given excuses I didn't need to know about. Poor service all around. Would never use them again.
