This company sends you conformation of your scheduled appointment. The day of the appointment another conformation AND a picture of the tech is sent letting you know tech is in route to you. The tech showed up on time, worked very efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and was super friendly. Will I use this company again... Absolutely!
