My generator quit in November of and I called the installer, Accurate Electric to come and repair it While after a matter of a couple of weeks and much confusion they decided they couldn't fix it but also told me the generator needed to be serviced The generator would not run as they couldn't repair it The company charged me $for a "generator service" which I paid I finally found a competent company to repair the generator last week At that time it was brought to my attention that the generator had not been serviced at all as it still had the original oil in it and original oil filter on the machine I was further told that if the generator was disabled it could not be serviced because the oil would not reach temperature to flow out In addition, the technician pointed out that the oil drain hose was still zip tied to the frame of the generator, of which I have a picture so there is no way they could have attempted to change the oil In addition, I was shown the s
