I had not received my refund from the State and so contacted *** via emailI did not receive a responseI tried several weeks later and still no responseI also, left voicemail messages with my contact phone numbersI got no responseFinally, I called the AZdeptof revenue and they stated that they had not received my returnThey advised me to mail in the forms which had been prepared by *** at Accounting EtcI sent those in on June 22, They person I spoke with said they would make note of my phone callI have still not heard from *** regarding this matter
My father suggested this lady to me, and I think she needs her license revoked after I 'worked' with herShe sent in my paperwork without having me sign for it or consulting me, she fraudulently put in wrong information, I didn't get a copy of my taxesI just got a state check for what I believe to be a amount, saying there was an error with my taxesI have tried to reach her for months through multiple outlets to fix it or get clarity and she has completely ghosted meI'm having a hard time now pursing legal actionThere are so many tax preparers out there, I am not just another angry person on the internet, please take heed and go with someone else
