payment arrangements are negotiated.  On June 23, 2015 Accent sent an acknowledgment letter to Mr. [redacted] confirming the payment arrangement and that the payments should be sent to Accent for proper crediting to the balance owed and included a return envelope.  We sent him monthly statements 10 days in advance of his requested due date of the 15th for the $200 he requested in July, August and September with delinquent payments accruing to a total of $600 – each including a return envelope.  On October 8 we received a voicemail from Mr. [redacted] indicating he had made full payment directly to [redacted].  Subsequent to that call we contacted [redacted] and verified that indeed $200 had been paid July 15, 2015 and the remaining $1952.60 on August 3, 2015.  Neither of those payments had been previously reported to us by either [redacted] or Mr. [redacted].  The accounts did not carry any interest and we are not a credit reporting billing company.  This matter is closed.
