Not everything was deliveredI have received the tiles but not the wood,skylight,cement and $in labor

I have contacted Joe Battaglia numerous times and have gotten my tiles,wood,cement and sandI have not received the money back or the skylight or fanHe could not get the right size for me so I told him I wanted the money instead. The remaining amount of money still owed to me is $Three thousand dollarsHe said he would send it to me when his tax money would be returned to himSo I am still waiting for a closure to this case.
