Never again!!!
I've used Access To Care with my preferred driver for over a year. Now all the sudden I'm hearing they are closing down the smaller driving service companies they use. About two months ago, they illegally put a note in my account to not use the ride service I preferred so Everytime I plan a trip, they used a different ride service and I have to call them to have it changed back! They should HONOR the clients preferences like they say they do! We NEED small businesses. If they support closing small businesses down then I no longer support them!

Horrible
Driver calls me 20 minutes late then refuses to take me to my appointment

Driver was supposed to come at 8:15 and he calls at 8:25 and says he'll be over in 15 more minutes.  I told him he was late so he says he's cancelling.  Now I'm without a ride.  Its "kj arrow 1st ride" out of North port, Florida and with a google search it seems to be at a residential address with one owner/employee.  Access2care needs to hire legitimate companies and not unreliable fly by night outfits

If negative stars could be assigned...that's what they would receive.
We are new to using Access2Care and will not bother with them in the future. My husband booked three appointments (their limit) more than 2 weeks in advance. His doctor cancelled his first appoint, so he cancelled his first pick up with them. He received a confirmation text for the second pick up and they were a no-show. My husband called to find out what happened and they told him he called and canceled...which he did not. They even told him he should have called that morning to re-confirm the previous confirmation! What?! The third pick was confirmed via text. He then called that same evening and spoke to a person who confirmed his confirmation. Not leaving anything to chance, he call the morning of to re-confirm the re-confirmation and they put him on hold for 30 minutes. They then came back on the line and told him they did not have a driver to pick him up and he was on his own. Avoid this provider at all costs. They are incapable of providing the service for which they contract.

Access To Care is WORSE now!

Horrible.. Horrible Service
On 4-24-23 I had a appointment and I was told that they're picking me up an hour before my appointment ok cool, well I waited and waited another no show again I called to see what's the reason they kept hanging up on me one of the worst services I had to deal with, gotta get rid of this service this company does not care about anyone and it's a real shame, now I'm penalized for not making my appointment this again isn't fair...

Safety
This company just send anyone available, don't care about age. Why would you send a truck to a 66 year old with a walker. Drivers are not friendly at all. This company need to be stop. You have driver going to pick up client's but you can't tell us who what kind of car no information. You have no safety app. To see if the person made it or not. This is not to safe to be riding, and no one can keep track of you or if got to where your going. No please the way this system work.

Completely unacceptable!!
Strongly recommend that no one ever use Access to Care for your transportation needs! Not saying the local drivers they use are not any good. But Access to Care screwed me and my wife around more than once! The last straw was just today 12/23/22 after they failed to show up this morning and then told us they would not provide service on 12/24 due to 1. Having used all our available rides! (We used 8 out of 50) and 2. Told use we were not valid customers, dispite giving us a ride earlier that day! I had to get our Cigna rep on the phone to help who informed Access to Care repeatedly that both my wife and I were indeed members in good standing and having used only 8 of 50 allotted rides, Access to Care still said no and refused to help us out! This has been a regular struggle when requesting a ride from them though in the past we eventually won out. But this last time was the straw that broke the camel's back! Also I saw that the BBB gave them a big fat F rating! Do not use Access to Care if you know what's good for you! You've been warned!

Very incompetent provider
This is the worst, and I do mean the worst transportation service ever. My mother missed her echocardiogram today because no one ever showed up. I would highly recommend that NO ONE use this service.

Stranded and they still haven't shown up...
On May 3,2022, I was dropped on at an appointment 13 miles from home. When my tests were over I called for a return trip homw and never got it. From 1:50 p.m. until 7:15p.m. when I got home I was told lied and put on hold,talked for half an hour and still get a ride home. The facility closed on me and I am walking in the rain and cold to wait at a place till I finally got ride home arriving home at 7:15pm... If I could, I'd like for everyone to get fired. Dismantle this company if they can't do better than this. Never send Lyft as a pickup to my home...

Never showed up
I had an appointment that took 2 months to book and the doctor is always booked up 2-3 months ahead of time. Driver texted and called the night before and confirmed the appointment. 830am comes I'm waiting outside and driver never shows up. Call to access2care and they just keep putting me on hold I call back four times a total of 2 hours being on hold and get transferred to a supervisor. Never got a call back. I filed a grievance with Amerigroup. Never again will I use this service what a low down despicable company for doing this to patients!

They say they showed up and called when they arrived but they never did--HAPPENED TWICE!

I am so sick of this
You people s[censored]! Every single time I have a Dr appointment, you call me telling me someone is coming to pick me up. Just like you did yesterday, and then you turn around and tell me the exact opposite. I am so sick of this b[censored]. I was supposed to go get a boot made today for my foot. I can barely walk. When I end up having to call the ambulance, I am sending the bill to you. Get your s[censored] together and get your head out of your a[censored].

Cannot rate low enough. One star is an undeserved compliment.
I am 74 years old and need medical transportation. I have a herniated disc that is going to require surgery and is extremely painful. In only nine days these people managed to strand me after medical appointments for well over an hour TWICE. I got picked up and delivered, but getting home proved impossible, despite many phone calls, long painful waits, and repeated promises that only resulted in my being put on hold or cut off. Both of these ordeals were detrimental to my health and ended with me calling a cab. Although these rides are a supposed benefit of my Medicare Advantage Plan, I am through with this outfit. Unreliable medical transportation is unacceptable and dangerous. I wish I could give this scam enterprise a negative number of stars. My advice is, stay away from Access2Care at all costs. I was a fool to give them a second chance.

Very well Organize, They put my mom on-time with their team of Transportation Partners. We love it. It was friendly driver. We call them and they took care to call the driver and bring us back to home. Very nice experience.

We recommend Access 2 Care service.

My first dealing with Access2Care was great. Driver was on time and a great guy. I had an epidural injection and he was back to take me home to rest within a few minutes of my call to him. Note that I called HIM, not Access2Care. My second and third dealings are the nightmares recounted above.

This company has the most incompetent customer service representatives.(supposedly).They appear to have hearing problems and need to ask the same questions several times. They do not understand English very well.

In addition, the last time I requested medical transportation they failed to provide it and I missed my medical appointment and I made a complaint to my medical insurance provider.
