Access Storage

ive been a customer since april and had storages with them, of them I was satisfied with but the other one storage number # [redacted] I have a major issue withI found dead mice in my new sealed tv box, on my couch I had stored there, and on my mattressThere was tons of mice feces laying around, including a dead mouse that was foundHoles were found on the floor where mice can come into my storage unitMice were eating away into my furniture, pieces of cotton everywhereI raised my concerned with the manager and he did nothing to elevate my concernThe manager said that "there was nothing we can do"He also did not let me contact or speak to a manager who was above himIm a loyal customer, I make my payments on time, yet my belongings were damage and would love to raise this issue to managementI also have photos of the storage unit as proof with my damage goods and of a dead mouse that was found
