Impossible. There is no way that a pair of shoes could have fit in the box because it was completely full, they didn't think that we would notice that. I asked for a refund because the shoes were never received, she said she couldn't give me a refund, that the inmate has to put in a grievance and then the facility has to report the missing shoes to them and then they would issue a refund. She said there's absolutely nothing that I could do. even though you are the one paying for the order you can't call them and report the missing items and ask for a refund. so if they scam you and steal your sons shoes or any expensive item you bought for your loved one.. forget about complaining to get your money back. This trashy company is stealing money from customers literally in broad daylight and nobody does anything. I complained to the facility warning them about this issue but they say they can not do anything, they responded to my email advising me to contact the BBB or go up the ladder to the company's CEO. Meanwhile, they stole almost $100 for the shoes I paid for and they never included in the package, my loved one struggling with no shoes, and they continue to steal every day from their customers, I know this because I found out that I am not the only one they stole from and there was other people in the same facility who did not get their shoes.
They seem to pick shoes because obviously is an expensive item, is better for them to steal almost $100 for a pair of shoes rather than $2 for a can of beans. Do not buy from these thieves. I ordered from Walkenhorst many times in the past and they never stole anything from me but these scammers did on my first order. Stay away! You've been warned, I'm posting this hoping that you read it before hitting the "submit order" button. You will regret it. Go to Walkenhorst, they won't steal from you, for my experience.

purchased a package from this jacked up company since Dec 2, 2019. I have called several times trying to get my money back and all I heard was lip from customer Service Rep . Her (Daisha) attitude was shi?. Secure Access and there reps treated me like I was calling to borrow money instead of getting my Refund back. He is no longer at this facility and has not been there for going on a month. Daisha with here stank attitude told me that I should have my money back on the 9th of Jan 2020. After Deisha started talking smart I asked to speak with a so called supervisor who told me now I'm not getting my money back until the 13yh of January 2020. they will hold your money hostage. If anyone is looking to purchase anything from them, DAoNT! please save yourself the headache and just put money on your love ones books. They are not worth it.
I have not nothing but trouble dealing with people working at this business. I corresponded with two different people in an online chat regarding ordering and the timeline in getting a package to a resident in the Livingston Michigan facility and both individuals gave me incorrect information. The ordering time frame from point of ordering to delivery at the facility was communicated to be less than a week when in reality it is more like two weeks to be delivered to the facility, depending on which day of the week you place the order, and up to three to four weeks to be delivered to the inmate which was also never comunicated. I have since spoke to three people via phone and each time I have gotten a different story as to when the package would be shipped and or delivered. Eight days after placing the order and realizing it had not been shipped I asked for the order to be cancelled. They have indicated that couldn't be done because it is already on a truck at the warehouse facility. Keep in mind that this is after they told me it should have already been delivered and they were in error with getting it shipped out as originally scheduled. Oh, and I if I chose to stop payment on the order thru my charge card company the inmate for whom the package was intended will be charged for the cost. I spent, waiting on the phone, about 20 minutes for a manager to be available at the company to assist me in the dispute only to receive their voice mail when I was finally transferred.
This company is bad news and no one in the organization seems to be able to provide accurate information with anything. All in all I have corresponded with five individuals and received five different stories regarding the timeline involved with placing and shipping of the order.","neg-1
