I had a defective product and a negative customer service experience with them. I emailed the company about my defective product on the 13th of the month. I was told they would ship out the replacement product same day and I didn't have to return the bad one. 7 days later, still haven't received anything. I email the company again and I find out they never mailed it. Company says they are mailing it today (20th). I ask if it will be shipped at an expedited pace and I'm told not unless I pay more. The representative over several emails tells me I'm not going to get overnight shipping which I never asked for. I tell him I just wanted faster shipping and I'm going to post my negative reviews on his website and Facebook. He then says I'm just bashing people because I'm not getting my way, if I want them fast I'll pay $15 and that I'm not satisfied with the outcome and that's my own problem. I tell him I don't want anymore emails from him and he emails back, "cry me a river".
