April 19th, she asked iuf we could get it done any sooner and I said we could possibly and that we would let her know. As it was, we had a postponement on Tuesday the 18th, so I called her that morning to let her to notify her that we were able to move it up. Job was completed that same day and she was notified by phone that I needed her billing information. There was no response. We had tried contacting her several times to no avail. And based on the conditions of our policy, after 30 days of non payment a lien will be enforced.
There have been no threats made to [redacted], we had just informed her by phone and in letter that if she did not make arrangements for payment we would be forced to lien her project. As far as [redacted] Access Development did do a job for him and he accused us of charging him for materials that were not delivered, so we informed him at that time that we could not afford to continue working for him and severed ties with him at that point as we learned that he has a reputation for not paying his contractors. At this time, we are in the middle of a 3 day benefit for the Shriner Hospital and will be unavailable until after July 20th. After 30 years in business we have come across customers like this from time to time, unfortunately this is part of doing business sadly to say.
