Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I paid [redacted] of Access Drilling to put a fence in my backyard on the first of December I have no fence and he will not refund my moneyWhen I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com [redacted] 's response had nothing to do with the issue at hand and Revdex.com still has him listed as an Aplus accredited businessWhat a sick jokeFor what I can tell Revdex.com exists not to protect consumers (which is your mission statement) but to protect the reputation of businesses that are paying your duesI paid the money, I got no fence, Access Drilling won't refund my moneyWhat other facts do you need? Regards, [redacted]
I see that *** *** his filed a second complaint against us for the same matter. He once again gives erroneous or information. He can not possibly have expected the fence to be completed in mid February, when he agreed to a mid March start date and possible changes
being made in an agreement with his neighbor, *** ** ***. Taking derogatory actions against us and making claims to back it up can not be taken lightly. I have forwarded this as well to our counsel Additionally will you clarify the capacity that you are working in on this matter? It is not clear if you are attempting to resolve this dispute or negotiate a solution. Whether or not we proceed with legal action may depend on this Thank you, ***
