Access Basement Systems

We were happy to see the A+ Revdex.com rating along with customer reviews on the company website. We had a good initial meeting with the owner and he agreed to give us a discount if we allowed him to have his "training crew" assist him with the job. We agreed to this as long as he would be present for the extent of the repair so things would be done correctly. On Monday when the crew showed up, there was no Mike. Actually he never showed up for the 4 days they did work. They ignored my multiple request to cover my brand new furnace and put up plastic in doorways to cut down on the dust. They damaged my property and treated my house with extreme disrespect.
Although Mike had never stepped foot in my house since our initial meeting, he had the nerve to call me a liar and denied that my house was borderline uninhabitable due to the extreme dust and refused to admit that his "training crew" was not a training crew at all (it was just a sales pitch).
The cement they put in my basement is cracked and constantly dusty as if it was not mixed properly. It is also not level.
Safe yourself a never-ending headache and skip this company!
