Review: I do not believe I ordered this advertising even though they claim I spoke with their sales person. I would never agree to something this expensive without verifying all details through written contract. When I asked to hear the phone conversation it was garbled and not understandable; they said it was because I was on a speaker phone. They are rude and unprofessional, accusing our assistant manager of screening my phone calls when they repeatedly call here and I was out of the office. They are continually phoning me and harrassing me about payment for a service I did not agree to.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop contact me in any way.

Review: Access America is stating we agreed to services, we have no knowledge of this agreement. The person they state that agreed to this, did not agree, nor has the authority to do so. We have stated this numerous time to the person calling. They have been rude and belligerent, and do not listen to what we are stating on the phone. They have tried to gather additional staff names and positions, stating they have spoke with them regarding the outstanding invoice#[redacted], which no one has done so.Desired Settlement: We have not agreed to any services, there fore we would like a stop to the continued billing and phone calls for services not requested.

Review: Unauthorized, fraudulent and predatory business practices conducted by Access America. I am the [redacted] of [redacted] in [redacted]. The reason for the email is to alert you to some fraudulent predatory business practices that are being conducted by the following company: Access America, [redacted], Phone: ###-###-####, Fax: ###-###-####. In August of 2013 I was contacted by an agent of Access America advising me that I had a past due balance with them and that legal action would be taken against me if I did not reconcile my account. Afterwards, I received an invoice (Account ID# [redacted]) stating that I owed $599.00. The account was reduced to $400.00 which was paid by [redacted] on September *, 2013. Since then, I have made several unsuccessful attempts to contact Access America to request a copy of any contract signed by me agreeing to the services rendered. Also, I have left several messages with my contact information and have not received any call backs. Consequently, their business practices would suggest that I have been "slammed", which is a term widely used by the communications industry. At this point, I am beyond frustration and like to receive a full refund of $400.00 for services that I did not agree to in any form or fashion. Any assistance your office could provide would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I am only seeking money in the amount of $400.00.

Review: This company is billing us for services not agreed to, not authorized, and not accepted. Company representatives make multiple phone calls, even after being told that they are only to communicate with our company via mail.Desired Settlement: Proper credit for invoice [redacted], cease all contact.
