Accent Stove & Spa

We recently purchased a gas insert from Accent. They over-promised on how soon it could be installed and we only received an install date after several follow up emails to the salesperson. The communication was terrible. They also mis-informed us about the electrical wiring which caused a big last minute inconvience on the day of the install of which they took no responsibility for. The product we received is fine, just be warned about the service, communication, and not getting a fair shake if they screw up.
