I had 3 quotes for my roof replacement; Accent as well as two of the largest, popular roofing companies in the Atlanta area. Accent was the lowest of the three cost-wise. Normally I would eliminate the lowest-cost bidder but my best friend HIGHLY recommended Accent so I went with them. They were efficient, professional, and very well organized. Les, the project manager, and his crew did a great job. I was concerned that they would be working until dark, as we have all experienced roofers in the neighborhood. They finished at 4:30 and just as they drove away from my house, it began to rain. Perfect.

They really did everything they said that they would. Actually, even more. They're very conscientious and hardworking. I really can't say enough about them they were in and out in no time and didn't leave so much as a roofing tack.

Accent Roofing did a fantastic job. Their rates were competitive and the finished product was great. Their staff members were all professional and responsive to all phone calls, etc. They had a manager on site for the entire day, which made it a much less stressful experience. They completed our large roof in one day, and had the yard spotless before they left. We will be recommending this company to all our friends and neighbors!!

Communication: I discussed replacing the roof for nearly a year with Philip (General Manager) and he never got impatient and realized it was a major investment. Unlike some neighbors that go storm claim reimbursement, I wrote a check for my roof. I cannot say enough about Philip. This is a family business with strong core integrity. Philip was relentlessly responsive to any question I had. We must have exchanged three dozen text messages and talked on the phone several times. If you are like me and require responsiveness, this is the company to choose.
Quote Professionalism and Thoroughness: They provide a comprehensive line by line concise quote with every single detail of the job thoroughly described. The provide a 10-year workmanship guarantee which is a stand-out value. Do your research. Storm chaser roofers don't provide this.
Do they do what they say: YES! They arrived on time. Importantly, the materials arrived shortly before they workers did. What is the big deal about this? It means that you don't have a stack of supplies blocking your garage a day or two before the roof is replaced. I don't know about you, but we use our garage for cars and getting in and out of the garage is a BIG deal. There was a dedicated supervisor that speaks English throughout the job. Look, I have no problem with people that don't speak English, but I am not multi-lingual, so this is helpful. I talked Austin several times about some thoughts and questions I had, and it was nice to be able to do so.
Installation: WOW! It was impressive to watch the crew. It was like watching a set crew of a movie set get ready for a shoot. It is amazing that a crew can knock out a roof in a day. I did my own roof in Florida when I was a young man and let me tell you, it is one of the hardest jobs you can imagine. They cover everything and clean up all throughout the installation.
Job Completion and Clean Up: When the crew finished, they cleaned up every speck of debris around the house and cleaned off some shingle scuffs on the vinyl siding. Of course, they swept the area for nails as well. After they left, you would never know anyone had been there.
The Finished Product: We choose a color that complimented the blue shutters on our house. Owens Corning Quarry Gray. They have a subtle hint of blue and the roof looks stunning. I know, it is kind of over the top getting excited about something as utilitarian as a roof, but it really does look amazing.
Would I recommend Accent Roofing: Yes, I absolutely, unconditionally recommend this company. Like I said, I used them three times counting this roof replacement. Call them and get a quote today. You will be glad you did.

Accent did a total roof replacement for me and I could not be happier with it. Phillip is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. His guys were always there when he said they would be and did the work exactly as discussed. I would not hesitate to use Accent again...in fact, I already have used them for another roofing job on my father-in-law's place. If you're looking for a roofing company, do yourself a favor and at least speak to Accent...I bet you'll come to the same conclusion that I did.

Accent Roofing & the entire staff was great to work with. I had hail & wind damage and had the whole roof replaced. They were very professional and explained everything in detail to me about what needed to be repaired. I was shown different products & colors to choose from but not forced to pick the most costly. He allowed me to ask what would make my roof POP and showed me options it went from there. The work was good quality and the team got it done in 1 day. I was most impressed by the women on board, I had my carpet guy come to clean my carpet...he stated that was hard work he only did for a day and was impressed by the women working on the roof as well. They even helped me to work with my insurance company. I highly recommend them. I wanted to wait to make sure I did not have any roof leaks before I gave my review so far so good since December 2018 with all this rain... I have not had ANY issues.

Excellent customer service from the get-go! Estimate given very professionally. All of my questions were answered! I was not at the site when work was being done and the installer communicated with me via text throughout the entire process. He even sent me pictures! The best! They were referred by a friend who used them so I called them AND I got competitive estimates from other companies. In the end I felt like Accent was the best choice--cost, responsiveness, professionalism, materials being used and staff. My new roof was recently installed and it was even better than I had hoped. It went so well on the day of install--it was done in a day, without any property or landscaping damage, it looks great, the supervisor on-site throughout the day was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, kept me informed and made sure my property was spotless when they left. I literally have no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to neighbors, family, friends or anyone! Really an amazingly positive contractor experience. and yes, Phillip is a gem. I expected needing to replace my gutters too and he advised me how to extend their life and saved me money I expected I'd have to spend.
