Lies, lies, and more lies. I was NEVER told that they don't work on stick shifts. I am shocked that they said that!! That is totally brand new news to me. I was NEVER told that they wouldn't do the work I asked them to do. The place is a transmission shop, they agreed to work on my transmission. I told them what needed to happen, they said ok. I had the funds to replace whatever was needed. They They NEVER called me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. I told them that there were other issues with the transmission besides the clutch that I wanted them to look at and repair, and they never told me about the additional problems until they put everything back together. At that point they told me that they COULD do the additional repairs, but that I would have to leave my car another week and be responsible for the labor cost.
