My son and I have been patients of this clinic for yearsNOTHING has ever gone smoothly either yearThey are overpriced and painful to work with (most of our problem occurred on the purchasing side)They will not own their mistakes (son's 1st perscription were incorrect/pricing calculated incorrectly)Purchasing/Billing every year was a messGot a bill months later for a remaining balance when all orders have to be paid in full before the glasses/contacts are even orderedAll of our appointments were completed by "soon to graduate" INTERNS with the Doctor popping in to review and approve their work - gotta hope you are getting the best in class - but how do you know? I will NEVER return to this office and would not recommend them to family or friends in the future

They are overpriced and painful to work with (most of our problem occurred on the purchasing side). They will not own their mistakes (son's 1st perscription were incorrect/pricing calculated incorrectly). Purchasing/Billing every year was a mess. Got a bill 5 months later for a remaining balance when all orders have to be paid in full before the glasses/contacts are even ordered. All of our appointments were completed by "soon to graduate" INTERNS with the Doctor popping in to review and approve their work - gotta hope you are getting the best in class - but how do you know?
I will NEVER return to this office and would not recommend them to family or friends in the future.
