Accent Decks & Additions

We hired Accent to build a screen porch onto our house in the summer of 2014. After paying the contracted amount at completion, accent did not pay their gutter contractor for work done (gutters were expressly included in our signed contract). Accent was not responsive to the contractor or to us and so I ended up having to pay the $250 bill for which Accent was responsible. I filed and won a small claims judgment for $390 (includes court costs). It has been one month since the judgment and Accent has not contacted us or paid us what is owed. [redacted]...we are still waiting.
We are very disappointed that we were forced to pay their bills for them. It is my opinion that anyone contracting with them should verify that all subcontractors have been paid prior to making final payment on your job.
